Orfi Zoom Integration

Orfi is now integrated with Zoom to help hiring teams automatically capture, analyze, and summarize recruitment interviews—without disrupting your existing workflow.

What Is Orfi?​

Orfi is an interview intelligence tool designed to streamline candidate evaluation through automated reporting and AI-driven analysis. It empowers teams to objectively assess interviews based on role-specific reports, coding tasks, green/red flags, and more. With Orfi, you get structured, unbiased insights for better hiring decisions.

Why Integrate Zoom with Orfi?​

With our Zoom integration, you can link Orfi directly to your Zoom meetings for seamless data collection. After scheduling a candidate interview with a Zoom link, Orfi’s bot joins the call (with the candidate’s prior consent) to record and process the session. Once the interview ends, a detailed candidate report is automatically generated.

This integration ensures:

  • Automatic transcription of your Zoom-based interviews

  • Role-specific summaries and flags based on your custom modules

  • Secure, compliant data handling under your team's retention policies

Adding the App​

To add the Orfi Zoom app:

  1. Log in to your Zoom account.

  2. Visit the Zoom App Marketplace.

  3. Search for Orfi and click on the app listing.

  4. Click Install.

  5. Approve the necessary permissions.

Usage​

Prerequisites:

  • A verified Orfi account using a corporate email domain.

  • The candidate's consent to recording must be obtained before the interview begins.

How to Use Orfi with Zoom:

  1. **Schedule an Interview in Orfi
    **

    • Go to the Orfi Dashboard.

    • Click Schedule Interview.

    • Provide the candidate’s name (or pseudonym), date/time, and Zoom link.

  2. **Orfi Bot Joins the Call
    **

    • At the scheduled time, the Orfi bot automatically joins the Zoom meeting.

  3. **Post-Interview Report Generation
    **

    • Once the meeting ends, Orfi analyzes the recording.

    • A role-specific report is generated automatically, which may include:

      • A diarised transcript

      • A summary of professional experience, skills, strengths, and concerns

      • Key points matched to user-defined questions

      • Coding task evaluation with green/red flags

No Zoom account linking or manual recording is required.

Removing the App​

To uninstall the Orfi app from Zoom:

  1. Log in to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.

  2. Click Manage > Added Apps or search for the Orfi app.

  3. Select the Orfi app.

  4. Click Remove.

Implications of Removal:

  • Existing reports in Orfi will remain accessible according to your team’s data retention settings.

User Data Handling:

  • All candidate data is stored per your team’s configured retention period.

  • Team administrators can permanently delete data via the Settings page or export it in a readable format.

  • Orfi will not store or access Zoom user data after app removal..

Security & Privacy​

Orfi enforces strict data usage policies:

  • Only work emails from verified domains can register.

  • Users must belong to an organization and a team to access data.

  • Team admins manage data retention and access rights.

  • All candidate data is processed only with prior consent and is automatically deleted after the retention period unless exported.
